It was designed for " Sajadeh". Sajadeh means a place for pray. this kind of carpets have direction and prayers put this direction to the direction of Mecca. Designer of this carpet were combined pattern of Sajadeh with another famous pattern of carpet, "the tree of life" to give mythical feeling of heaven to prayers.
Threads are coloured by saffron.
